[Held on March 21, 2024] In this seminar, we invited Mr. Shin Kurokawa, who is currently managing and utilizing product master data at Beisia to help operate its online supermarket more effectively, and he spoke about the ideals and realities of product data management, which is so important to customers. He shared specific ideals and realities based on Beisia’s initiatives in online supermarkets and on his experience in e-commerce from his previous position. It was a valuable opportunity to discuss what retailers, manufacturers, and wholesalers should work on together in designing experiences that enable customers to shop with greater peace of mind and safety.
