Lazuli Inc., which develops and provides the AI-powered, cloud-based product master “Lazuli PDP,” will co-host an online seminar on October 29 with the Location Marketing business of NAVITIME Japan Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; representative director: Seigen Hagiwara; hereinafter Lazuli), titled “What is customer experience optimization across all channels achieved through centralized management of product and store data?”
In recent years, as consumers gather information and make purchases through various channels both online and offline, companies are expected to provide a consistent customer experience. In this online seminar, we will introduce how to optimize customer experience across all channels by using “NAVITIME Location Cloud” provided by NAVITIME Japan and “Lazuli PDP” provided by Lazuli, through the management and utilization of product data and store data. By improving customer experience, this will be an opportunity to gain important insights for increasing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
In this online seminar, Hideo Kitashoji, an executive officer at Lazuli, and Tomoya Uchikado, head of the Location Marketing business at NAVITIME Japan Co., Ltd., will take the stage and give presentations.
