~Explanation of the research and data utilization needed to improve customer experience (CX).~

Using AI technology, Lazuli Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Seigen Hagiwara, hereinafter Lazuli), which develops and provides the cloud-based product master “Lazuli PDP,” will co-host with Decom Co., Ltd. (Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Takahiro Omatsu, hereinafter Decom), which provides idea-development support through insight research, an online seminar for people involved in product development and marketing, titled “Latest Trends in Research and Data Utilization for Improving CX (Customer Experience),” on Wednesday, August 21.
For companies aiming to improve customer experience (CX), the use of research and data has become an indispensable element. Many companies have traditionally planned and implemented initiatives based on demographic data (demographic information such as age, gender, place of residence, household composition, and occupation), but there has been a shortage of data needed at the time of planning to build hypotheses, making it difficult to fully grasp the needs and behavioral patterns that customers truly seek.
In this online seminar, Akira Kurauchi, a Sales Consultant from Lazuli, which develops and provides the product data platform “Lazuli PDP,” and Chihiro Yamasaka, manager in charge of new business development and the marketing/sales division at Decom, which provides insight research, will speak and explain the need to deepen hypothesis building and improve accuracy, as well as how to do so, from the respective perspectives of product data utilization and research.
The participation fee for this seminar is free, and advance registration is required (https://corporate.lazuli.ninja/event/webinar-decom-lazuli-2407/).
The outline of this seminar is as follows, at the bottom of the page.
<About Lazuli>
Lazuli is a startup founded in July 2020. Leveraging advanced AI technology and the cloud, it is advancing the development and provision of SaaS as a cloud service that enables everyone involved in business, including DX, EC, and marketing personnel, to use product information from around the world. As products are manufactured, distributed, and sold, product-related data is not smoothly synchronized between companies or even within a company. We believe this is one of the major factors hindering DX initiatives in manufacturing, retail, and the manufacturing industry. To solve this, Lazuli develops and provides the cloud-based product master “Lazuli PDP,” which makes it easy for people involved in business to access product information.
