Lazuli Inc. (headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Seigen Hagiwara; hereinafter "Lazuli"), which develops and provides the product data organization solution "Lazuli PDP" using AI technology and its proprietary database, will co-host a webinar with Supership Inc. (headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shingo Inaba; hereinafter "Supership"), a company that operates digital transformation businesses, on February 12 under the title "EC Frontlines: Maximizing On-site Customer Experience with the 'S4 Series × Lazuli PDP'".

This webinar is primarily aimed at EC site operators and marketing personnel seeking to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction, as well as digital promotion leaders who want to strengthen EC/online supermarket businesses, and EC/D2C personnel at manufacturers who are advancing their own product's EC expansion.

This webinar will consist of two parts. First, Hideo Kitashoji, Executive Officer of Sales at Lazuli, will explain "Lazuli PDP"—which contributes to improving customer experience through higher product listing counts, expanded information on product pages, and an increased number of channels—along with case studies. After that, Supership will introduce its on-site search solution series "S4," designed to make it easier for customers to find the products they are looking for, followed by a panel discussion between the two companies.

Joined Yahoo Japan Corporation in 2001 and worked on establishing digital marketing practices using internet advertising in its early days, focusing on enterprise clients. After that, he participated in the launch phases of the Japanese market for several foreign SaaS companies such as Brightcove and New Relic, specializing in sales management and business development. He joined Lazuli as Sales Director in October 2020 and was appointed VPoS of the company in February 2022.

Joined Supership in 2019. Responsible for implementation and post-implementation support of the search solution S4 Series, as well as overall promotion of the S4 Series. Primarily serves as the leader of the Growth Group, which handles S4Ads.
