New features added to "Lazuli PDP": "Wizard," which automates data processing powered by generative AI, and "Media Asset," an image management feature. Available progressively from May 2025.

～With the new no-code data processing feature “Wizard,” we automate data cleansing, keyword generation, and product description generation, streamline image management, and achieve significant cost reductions in data preparation and management～

Lazuli Inc., which develops and provides the AI/ML-based product data preparation solution “Lazuli PDP (Product Data Platform),” headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, and represented by Representative Director Seigen Hagiwara (hereinafter “Lazuli”), began offering new features for “Lazuli PDP” in May 2025.

With the newly added feature “Wizard (Wizard),” users can implement each data-processing workflow with no code through “Data Cleansing,” “Keyword Generation,” and “Description Generation.” In addition, “Media Asset (Media Asset)” enables efficient, integrated file management of all image files in one place.

①「Data Cleansing / Data Cleansing」

“Data Cleansing” is the process of organizing data to improve its consistency and efficiency. It can batch-process data cleansing tasks such as removing special characters and standardizing half-width and full-width characters. Furthermore, because you can also set the output character count after data cleansing, it makes it easy to generate data that matches your own master format.

We have also greatly expanded the functions that leverage generative AI.

②「Keyword Generation / Keyword Generation」

“Keyword Generation” is a feature that automatically generates keywords from data stored in tables. By automatically generating keywords using your own proprietary data and product data in Lazuli's database, it helps improve efficiency and accuracy in tasks related to keyword generation and data preparation, such as analyzing review data and registering search keywords useful for SEO measures.

③「Description Generation / Description Generation」

“Description Generation” is a feature that automatically generates product catch copy and descriptions using the user's own data and product data held by Lazuli. In product listings, product descriptions are extremely important for conveying the appeal of a product. Generating descriptions effortlessly contributes to improved productivity.

④ 「Media Asset / Media Asset」
“Media Asset” enables intuitive drag-and-drop uploads and instant preview display, and, thanks to AI-powered image recognition technology, allows natural-language searches such as “red product” and “smiling person.” It significantly reduces the time spent on image management and accelerates workflows in creative operations.

To promote the use of data processed with “Wizard,” we have also implemented a powerful “Public API” feature that allows direct access to Lazuli PDP data using program code from the user's own environment. This enables close integration between “Lazuli PDP” and the user's own systems and applications. For example, users can retrieve or update data within “Lazuli PDP” via APIs from customer web applications, internal systems, BI tools, and more. This allows users to efficiently incorporate “Lazuli PDP” as part of their existing IT infrastructure, achieving seamless data integration and workflow automation.

Lazuli currently has more than 30 users, primarily major distributors and food and beverage manufacturers. With this latest feature addition, which does not require coding skills such as SQL, we already expect even more users to adopt the service. By leveraging generative AI, it enables no-code data analysis and serves as a platform that can manage image data and product information together. At Lazuli, we will continue to contribute to major improvements in our customers' business processes and to expanding the use of data.
