(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Executive Officer: Takashi Miura; hereinafter, Treasure Data).
"Connected World 2025" is Treasure Data's private event to be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at Palace Hotel Tokyo. Building on its long-cultivated customer data integration foundation, Treasure Data is pioneering a new form of engagement centered on AI. With real-time insights and responsive decision-making, as well as customer experiences that cascade across departments, companies can nurture trust with customers at a scale and level of precision that were previously unimaginable through people and AI working together. Against this backdrop, "Connected World 2025" is an event held to redefine engagement itself, with AI transforming every touchpoint from customer understanding to value delivery and the building of ongoing relationships.
This year's TDCW has the theme "Engage/Reform" and aims to pioneer a new form of engagement centered on AI. In particular, we are strengthening our collaboration with Treasure Data, a leading company in Customer Data Platform (CDP), and plan to contribute to improving outcomes for many customer companies across a series of processes, from data integration to AI-driven decision-making and the delivery of optimal value to customers.
At the event, Lazuli will set up a booth themed "Creating the next-generation customer experience with product data × customer data," and will present service introductions and demonstrations to visitors. At the booth, we plan to introduce for the first time a function that automates the structuring and format conversion of product data. In manufacturing, distribution, and retail, data silos in the exchange of product data and the massive amount of manual work involved in data preparation have become challenges, but this function enables seamless data exchange and automation of some tasks.
