CX TALK KOBE will feature a keynote lecture by Ms. Sumiko Omoto, Associate Professor at Tottori University and a leading expert in local certification research, on the mechanisms of local certification* and its value for regional business, drawing on case studies from various regions. In particular, it will provide an opportunity to consider the systematization and practical application of regionally driven mechanisms, including the local circumstances behind the establishment of certification, the difficulties along the way, and future challenges.

In addition, CX TALK KOBE will feature sessions titled "What is Salmon-Safe?" and "Community Design Projects Promoted by Kobe Shimbun." Participants can also join a tour of Yuge Farm, the venue, and the networking reception.
