Lazuli Inc. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Seigen Hagiwara; hereinafter Lazuli), which develops and provides the cloud product master “Lazuli PDP” using AI technology, will exhibit at the retail industry’s largest trade show, “NRF2024: Retail’s Big Show Asia Pacific” (hereinafter “NRF APAC 2024”), held for three days from Tuesday, June 11 to Thursday, June 13, 2024, at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore.


“NRF APAC 2024” is the Asia-Pacific edition of “Retail's Big Show,” a global event representing the retail industry that is held every year in New York. Co-hosted by NRF (National Retail Federation) and event organizer Comexposium, this is the first time it will be held in Asia, making it an important and highly anticipated event for the retail industry.

At the Lazuli booth (booth number: S07), under the theme “Enriched product data revolutionizes customer experience.”, we will set up a booth targeting retailers and e-commerce businesses, mainly visitors from across Asia. We will showcase the SaaS “Lazuli PDP (Product Data Platform)” that rapidly and accurately consolidates masters that exist inside and outside the company and matches product data, and furthermore uses AI—especially natural language processing and generative AI—to organize data into a form that is easy to use for e-commerce and digital initiatives, as well as generate missing data. At the booth, we will have a demo of “Lazuli PDP,” and staff with in-depth product knowledge will explain it in detail. Currently, manufacturers and retailers often collect and organize product information manually and import it into e-commerce systems and marketing tools, which is a challenge because this labor-intensive approach generates enormous amounts of time and cost.

The SaaS (cloud-based software) “Lazuli PDP” provided by Lazuli centrally manages siloed product information and uses AI and ML technologies to generate and process data into a form that is easy to use and link. As a result, it can automate conventional labor-intensive tasks and enable smooth execution of e-commerce operations and various initiatives. “Lazuli PDP” already has a track record of implementation with many e-commerce businesses, retailers, and food and beverage manufacturers.

What is Lazuli PDP (Product Data Platform):
The “Lazuli PDP” developed and provided by Lazuli is a PDP for centrally managing product information scattered across multiple external databases, and for organizing and expanding data into an easy-to-use form. It uses AI to match diverse product master data held by manufacturers, retailers, and others, and to add meta tags and make associations based on efficacy and product features. This information is stored in Lazuli’s proprietary database and provided to users as “Lazuli PDP.”
