Lazuli Inc. (Headquarters: Minato, Tokyo; Representative Director: Seigen Hagiwara, hereinafter referred to as Lazuli) is pleased to announce that Takuya Tsukada has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Tsukada has held roles in engineering, sales, business development, and organizational management at consulting firms in Japan and overseas as well as at major tech companies, and has led numerous growth phases. Going forward, as Lazuli's CRO, he will lead the planning and execution of business strategy centered on revenue growth, as well as expansion into global markets.

【Takuya Tsukada Profile】
After graduating from University of Central Oklahoma in the U.S., he worked at a major Japanese systems integrator before joining a general consulting firm and KPMG Consulting, where he spent more than eight years supporting numerous major companies in Japan and abroad in the fields of IT, operations, and strategy consulting.
In 2019, he joined UiPath, a leading AI/RPA company. As the business leader responsible for a broad range of customers in the Japanese market, from large enterprises to mid-sized and small companies, he was in charge of a wide range of responsibilities from sales strategy planning to execution, and contributed to building a high-growth organization from a point where there was no sales organization at all. Drawing on his experience as an executive officer driving pragmatic business and operational reform for approximately 1,300 customers, he was appointed CRO of Lazuli in July 2025.
