CARTA COMMUNICATIONS has adopted the cloud product master "Lazuli PDP" to speed up and improve the accuracy of billing data processing and analysis.

Lazuli Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Seigen Hagiwara; hereinafter referred to as Lazuli) has been adopted by CARTA COMMUNICATIONS, Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Taku Meguro; hereinafter referred to as CCI) since December 2022 for “Lazuli PDP,” a cloud-based product master for SaaS that utilizes AI technology, developed and provided by Lazuli Inc.

CCI, one of Japan's leading digital marketing companies, has been handling various advertising products for more than 1,500 media and platforms across all genres since its founding in 1996, the year digital advertising was born in Japan. Leveraging its overwhelming amount of information, extensive track record, and expertise, it provides total support from marketing plan formulation to operations in order to solve the challenges of business companies.
Having supported the growth foundation of digital advertising in Japan for more than 20 years, CCI has faced the challenge of organizing the vast amount of advertising product information continuously provided by media companies, viewing the organization and construction of master data for digital advertising products as the foundation of next-generation data businesses. To solve these issues, CCI decided to introduce “Lazuli PDP.”

“Lazuli PDP” uses AI-based natural language processing to consolidate product information and assign metadata tags and associations based on product characteristics. This will greatly reduce the workload and time required for data matching between invoice information (PDFs) issued monthly by various media companies and internal payment information at CCI, and aims to further improve and optimize internal work efficiency. Going forward, CCI aims to expand the data foundation for the vast amount of advertising product information it handles and provide new value to its customers through the use of “Lazuli PDP.” Lazuli will also continue to work on further product development in order to increase examples of Lazuli PDP utilization for data challenges in various industries through support for organizing CCI's advertising product master data.

• What is Lazuli PDP?
  “Lazuli PDP,” developed and provided by Lazuli, is a PDP that centrally manages product information scattered across multiple external databases and organizes and expands the data into a form that is easy to use. By using independently collected product information and AI, it consolidates diverse product master data held by manufacturers, retailers, pharmaceutical companies, and others, and assigns metadata tags and associations based on efficacy and product features. This information is stored in “NINJA DB” and provided to users as “Lazuli PDP.”
