Recently, Nihon Shokuryo Shimbun featured a case study on Asahi Soft Drinks' introduction of "Gaisyoku AI Research."
Asahi Soft Drinks introduced Lazuli's "Gaisyoku AI Research" in October 2024 and began full-scale operation at the end of May 2025. In restaurant-sales activities, which have traditionally tended to rely on intuition and experience, they have used POS data to make "fact-based" proposals and improve the accuracy of their discussions with customers.
The article also highlights a key feature of the "Gaisyoku AI Research" service we provide: our approach of flexibly processing and organizing POS data with AI to accommodate the different POS data structures and classification requirements of each company.
