Press Release

Lazuli Inc.(Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Seigen Hagiwara; hereinafter Lazuli)will co-host, together with Universal Knowledge Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Shunichi Inoue; hereinafter Universal Knowledge), an online seminar titled "Why the Number of Product Listings and Users on E-commerce Sites Does Not "Directly" Lead to Sales" starting at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 15.

Aimed at e-commerce businesses, this seminar introduces the challenges caused by increases in the number of e-commerce users and product listings, along with the measures to address them, and presents Lazuli's "Product Data Platform (PDP)" and Universal Knowledge's AI-powered site search engine "Unisearch."

Even after COVID-19 has subsided, the number of users of e-commerce sites continues to increase, and at the same time, the number of products listed on e-commerce sites is also increasing. However, there are cases where sales do not increase even when the number of users and product listings rise. For such users, we will propose the optimal solution to improve e-commerce sales. Specifically, targeting "operators of e-commerce sites with a large number of products" and "operators of e-commerce sites with a wide range of user age groups," we will explain the "challenges in enriching product masters for e-commerce," the "challenges in operating product data and search," and the "challenges in improving the site navigation rate and CVR on e-commerce sites."

Applications are available through the dedicated site (https://lazuli-8631323.hs-sites.com/universal-knowledge-lazuli-webinar). The first 40 applicants will be accepted, and the fee is free.

<About Lazuli>

Lazuli is a startup founded in July 2020. Leveraging advanced AI technology, as a cloud service, we are developing and offering the SaaS "Lazuli PDP," which enables anyone involved in business, such as DX, e-commerce, and marketing professionals, to use product information from around the world. As products are manufactured, distributed, and sold, we are working to solve the issue of product data that is not smoothly synchronized between companies, or even within a company. By integrating and organizing siloed data in manufacturing, retail, and pharmaceuticals, we support DX promotion. We aim to realize a world in which people involved in business can easily access product information.
