As part of its business expansion, the company is relocating its headquarters and welcoming Mr. Hirose Yoshikawa as an outside director, with the aim of further expanding its business.

I, Yusei Yoshikawa, am pleased to report that I have been appointed as a director of Lazuli Inc.

As a co-founder of Treasure Data Inc. (hereinafter Treasure Data), I have been developing and providing Treasure Data CDP, a SaaS product in the CDP space, the infrastructure that handles large-scale customer data, while working to solve customer and societal challenges. Meanwhile, Lazuli is a company that continues to drive innovation by developing Lazuli PDP, a SaaS product designed to organize vast amounts of product-related data and make it usable for customers. In that it provides a SaaS platform that builds the data infrastructure for business operations and promotes digital transformation in society, I myself feel a deep resonance with Lazuli’s philosophy and initiatives.

As a director of Lazuli, I will work on strategic planning and initiatives to enhance the value of the services the company provides.

Finally, in connection with this appointment, I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Seigen Hagiwara, CEO of Lazuli Inc., as well as to all officers, employees, investors, and other stakeholders.
